Two Michelin stars in Olot. Fina Puigdevall and her daughter Martina have created one of Catalonia's temples of farm-to-table cuisine, in a 16th-century volcanic farmhouse. The menu changes with the seasons and reflects the Garrotxa's unique produce: free-range poultry, polenta, Montseny mushrooms. The architectural space, designed by Pritzker Prize winners RCR Arquitectes, is itself a masterpiece.
